1        July 28th, 2016: Complete oil and filter service. Raw water & impeller service. New belts and new engine zincs. Engine hours 185.

2        July 28th, 2016: Generator 117 hours. Generator service: Complete oil and filter, Raw water, Impellers and zincs.

3        August 17th, 2016: Engine hours 192. New Magnum 2800 Watt Inverter installed. (4) New Trojan Batteries L-16 Installed for Inverter.

4        September 12th, 2016: 2 New Raymarine A-127 Units installed.

5        March 16th, 2017: New Bottom Paint. 2 new Aqualuma Underwater Lights. New Zincs. Installed a new Freedom Lift System. Purchased a new AB 12 ft. VST Inflatable Tender with a new 40 Horse Yamaha outboard motor.

6        April 10th 2017: Installed a new Raymarine Color HD Radar w/ Antenna. All new LED Blue/White lights for the Interior and Exterior.

7        May 1st, 2017: New Custom Cockpit Cushions. New Wiper Arms and blades.

8        July 10th, 2017: Annual Service. Port Motor 250 hours. Starboard Motor 235 hours. Generator 305 hours. New Oil, Filter & Raw Water Impellers on Generator and both Engines. New Engine Zincs. New Raw Water Hoses for Generator and Engine Strainers.

9        August 15th, 2017: Boiled out Heat Exchanger Generator. Replaced both Transmission Coolers on the Main Engines. Put a new Inline Filter in for the Holding Tank. Replaced Head Macerator.

10   Second Inverter System Installed: Installed 4 new L-16 Batteries and a Magnum 2800 Inverter Charger for the House and Starting Batteries.

11   October 3rd, 2017: Boat hauled out and replaced 2 Aqualuma Underwater Lights. 1 Coat Fresh Bottom Paint. Port Engine Raw Water Valve Assembly replaced.

12   October 6th, 2017: New Custom Interior Carpet Installed. New “Aphrodite “Granite installed in the Kitchen and Salon area. New Mate Double Bench Seat installed in the Salon. Salon Sofa recovered to match, with new padding. New bedding for the Master Stateroom.

13   January 15th, 2018: Generator serviced at 431 hours. All new filters and oil service. Replaced Raw Water Pump Impeller.

14   February 15th, 2018: AIS Software Updated. Port and Starboard Heat Exchangers boiled out. New Coolant and New Zincs at 298 hours.

15   April 2nd, 2018: 2 new Pole Holders installed for New Sunshade.

16   May 5th, 2018: New Cockpit Sunshade Installed.

17   May 7th, 2018: Removed New Freedom Lift and Installed 2 new Hydraulic Motors. 2 Coats of Epoxy Primer on Lift arms. New Zincs. All covered by Warranty.

18   May 30th, 2018: At 300 hours, we Polished the Fuel Tanks and Changed the Primary and Secondary Fuel Filters.

 Previous Owner Maintenance 2015:

1. January 15th, 2015: Starboard and Port Engines both had complete Cooling System Maintenance. Complete Oil and Filter Service on both engines.
2. January 15th, 2015: Generator has 63 hours. Complete Cooling System and Oil and Filter Maintenance for the Generator.
3. March 1st, 2015: New Bottom Paint. New Shaft Seals and Strut Bearings.
4. October 14th, 2014: 3 New House Batteries and AGM put in.
